Enjoy a festive St. Patrickโ€™s Day Smoothie!

Filled with fruits and Vegetables, it is a great smoothie that you and the whole family can enjoy on the day!ย ๐Ÿ€


๐Ÿ€2 bananas, frozen

๐Ÿ€1 green apple, the core removed from the apple

๐Ÿ€2 cups water or milk

๐Ÿ€1 cup of plain Greek yogurt

๐Ÿ€2 handfuls of spinach (about 1-2 cups)

๐Ÿ€1 teaspoon vanilla extract

๐Ÿ€Honey (optional)



In a blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding more water if you want a thinner smoothie

Adjust sweetness with additional honey, if desired.ย
