Ingredients:
π2 bananas, frozen
π1 green apple, the core removed from the apple
π2 cups water or milk
π1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
π2 handfuls of spinach (about 1-2 cups)
π1 teaspoon vanilla extract
πHoney (optional)

Instructions:
In a blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding more water if you want a thinner smoothie
Adjust sweetness with additional honey, if desired.Β
