Filled with fruits and Vegetables, it is a great smoothie that you and the whole family can enjoy on the day!ย ๐
Ingredients:
๐2 bananas, frozen
๐1 green apple, the core removed from the apple
๐2 cups water or milk
๐1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
๐2 handfuls of spinach (about 1-2 cups)
๐1 teaspoon vanilla extract
๐Honey (optional)

Instructions:
In a blender, add all ingredients. Blend until smooth, adding more water if you want a thinner smoothie
Adjust sweetness with additional honey, if desired.ย
