Shaker makes the powder dissolve quickly. However, I could not see the measurements on the side of the beaker until I read in a previous review that they were there. It would be better if they were printed in a colour.
Perfect size for Revive sachets. Not like the lager ones for protein shakes etc. But the units of measurement on the side of the cup are literally impossible to see. That is my only complaint. Maybe have them marked in green for black? Thank you. My order arrived very quickly ☺️

I had problems staying awake during the day. I have noticed a big improvement since i started taking Zest .
